Bushnell: The Industry Leader in High-Performance Sports Optics Since 1948, Bushnell's guiding principle has been to provide the highest-quality, most reliable, and affordable sports optics on the market. Their award-winning products enhance the enjoyment of every outdoor pursuit and empower everyone to get out and experience their passion. Combining cutting-edge design and performance with a commitment to being accessible to all, Bushnell is the most recognized and reputable sports optics brand in the world.
Waterproof Construction and Nitrogen-Purged Fog-Proofing Featuring nitrogen-purged fog-proofing, this red dot sight will not fog up due to humidity or rapid temperature changes, so you can always clearly see the red dot and your target. The optics are O-ring sealed and will stay dry even when fully immersed in water.
Adjustable Brightness for Better Target Acquisition The TRS-25 has adjustable brightness settings from 1 to 11, illuminating the 3 MOA dot reticle inside to better help you with target acquisition. By choosing lower brightness settings, you can prolong the red dot's battery life.
Shockproof Construction for Maximum Durability Built to withstand bumps, bangs, and drops, the TRS-25 comes in strong, precision-engineered housing and is perfectly suited for the rough-and-tumble environment of the field. You'll never have to worry about damaging this red dot sight.
About Red Dot Lens Positioning All red dot sights have an objective lens at the front of the unit that is spherical in shape. However, unlike a conventional riflescope with all lenses mounted perpendicular (at a 90-degree angle) to the axis of the tube, the objective lens in a red dot sight is positioned off-axis and appears to be tilted when looking at the sight. This angle of the front lens allows the light generated by the battery-powered LED light source inside the unit to be reflected back into the sight. The reflected light becomes the "dot" or aiming reference that the shooter sees when a red dot sight is switched on. This engineered "bending" of light is what makes today's red-dot sights so popular and easy to use.
